Monte Christo

Two pieces of thick sourdough dipped in an egg wash with milk, bread smeared with mayo and mustard then filled with black forrest ham and melted Swiss and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Served with fresh fruit and grilled tomatoes topped with balsamic glaze.
